Our Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured:
CANCELLATIONS:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling/postponing an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice 50% of your treatment fee will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded to you.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, the beautician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the service (typically, after 15 minutes, the appointment will need to be treated as a cancellation/no show).
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, your treatment fee will be forfeited and your appointment will be considered a “cancellation”.
RETENTION:
If you arrive to your lash appointment with makeup or product residue of any kind on your natural lashes, iLash Bar cannot guarantee the retention of your extensions.
REFILLS:
We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at iLash Bar. If you currently have eyelash extensions on, you must remove them before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different bonders.
NO REFUNDS:
WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. IN THE EVENT YOU ARE DISSATISFIED OR EXPERIENCING AN ISSUE, PLEASE REPORT IT WITHIN 24HRS AFTER YOUR SERVICE.
WE WILL SECHEDULE A CORRECTIVE SERVICE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
CORRECTIVE SERVICES ARE TO BE DONE WITHIN 2 DAYS (SUBJECT TO SALON AVAILABILITY). ANY ISSUES REPORTED OUTSIDE OF THE 24HRS WILL NOT BE CORRECTED AND NOT DONE WITHIN 2DAYS WILL BE TERMINATED. FAILURE TO ATTEND YOUR CORRECTIVE APPOINTMENT, IT WILL BE FORFEITED.
PAYMENTS:
iLash Bar accepts EFT payments only as full payment is required within 24hrs of making your booking. Failure to make payment within 24hrs will result in your booking automatically being cancelled and made available to the public.
